Watercress Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast fillets (skinless)
- 1 Lime juice (taken from 1 lime)
- 1/2 Red chili deseeded and finally chopped
- 1 Pot or 100g Organic low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 Wholemeal tortilla
- 2 Big handcuff of watercress
- Some rocket
- Some spinach
Method
- Trim the visible fat from the chicken and diagonally slice.
- Place slices in a shallow dish and squeeze the lime juice over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the chilies evenly and coat with yogurt.
- Cover the dishes with a cling film and place them in the fridge and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- After that, cook the chicken in a grill pan until the juice run clear.
- Wash and drain all the salads
- Then place the salad and chicken in the tortilla.
