Super Sandwich
Super Sandwich contains many healthy items such as avocado and spinach. Good for lunch snack. monounsaturated fat
and also high and fibre.
Ingredients
- 2 Slices of sourdough
rye bread
- 2 Tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon of chilli paste
- 1 Avocado
- 100g Sliced cooked chicken breast
- 3 Slices bacon
- 1 Sliced hard boiled eggs
- 1 Diced vine tomatoes
- 1 Handful of baby spinach
Method
- Toast the slice of bread.
- Mix the mayonnaise and chili paste and spread it on one of the bread.
- Peel half of the avocado, squash it until it mashed and put the lime juice.
- Spread those mixture to the other side of the bread.
- Slice the other half of avocado.
- Layer slices of avocado, chicken breast, bacon and eggs in proper order.
- Put the spinach leaves and tomatoes (sliced).
- Put the other side of the bread on top of the other.
Tips
For
Halal
option, beef bacon can be a good option to replace the bacon.
