Roast Chicken Recipes Collection

The meaning of roast or roasting is a cooking method that using a heat from any source such as opens fire. Many people will think that roasting will be in barbecue category, but roasting is actually different. Barbecue mostly using the direct fire to cook the food and roasting is using the heat to cook the food. Roasting can be allocated into baking group, but usually baking is more on bread product.

The equipment used to cook roasted items is also different. Roasting use, for example oven and barbecue use other cooking equipments such griller and barbecue pit.

There are lots of varieties of cooking it, as like what I said in many sections, all kind of ways and taste of the cuisines depend of the location, cultural and personal factor. Some of it is very simple and some of it is hard to prepare.
