Ladna Noodle





Ladna Noodle or Mee Ladna is very popular in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. The main ingredients are noodles and chicken plus some mixture of seafood and beef. It is well known in my hometown especially for dinner.

Ingredients

- 500g Chinese egg noodle

- 200g Chicken breast that cut into small pieces

- 100g Fresh skinless prawn

- 100g Fresh squid cut in small pieces

- Some cauliflower

- 1 Diced carrot

- 1/2 Red and green capsicum

- 1 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce

- 1 Tablespoons of crushed black pepper

- 1 egg

- Plain water

- 2 Spoons of vegetable cooking oil

- Some spring onion

- 50g Chopped shallots

- 50g Chopped garlic

- Some fried onion

- Some tomato ketchup



Method

- Heat the oil inside wok or pot, sauté the chopped shallots and garlic. Sauté until it aroma comes out.

- Put the chicken, squids and prawn.

- Put some water, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper, capsicums, carrots, cauliflower.

- After all the ingredients started to boiled, put the egg and keep stirring until the egg had been fully mixed with the ingredients.

- Put the Chinese egg noodle and keep stirring the ingredients until the noodle is cooked

- Served with some fried onion.


Tips

Talking about oyster sauce, I fully recommend Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce. This company is well known for this product. And I always use this product and yes! It is really good.
