Ham Chicken Salad
Ham Chicken Salad is very easy to make. It is healthy, easy and taste really good too. It is also full of fiber and protein due to the mixture of chicken, ham and lettuce. It is suitable for dinner or just for a snack.
Ingredient
**Salad**- 1 number of small lettuce and separated into leaves - ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced - 1 spoon of walnut pieces - 250g of cooked chicken that had been cut into small dices - 125g of cooked ham, cut into small strips - 75g of crumbled Cheddar cheese - 1 spoon of seedless grapes - Small handful of mixed herb sprigs - Some salt and pepper for taste
**Dressing** - 2 tablespoons of red or white wine vinegar - 3 cloves of garlic, crushed - 2 teaspoon of mustard - ¼ tablespoon of caster sugar - 7 tablespoon of olive oil - Salt and pepper for taste
Method
**Dressing** Just mix all the ingredient into a screw top jar and keep mixing it by shaking the jar until the ingredient are well combined
**Salad** - Tear the lettuce into small pieces or bite size pieces. - Put the salad into a large salad bowl. - Put all the ingredient except the salt, pepper and dressing. - Before serving, spoon over the dressing and toss lightly. - Serve the salad with the dressing, salt and pepper according to your taste.
Note - This recicpe, serve for about 4 people. - Suggested lettuce for this salad are
Round Lettuce,
Batavia Lettuce,
or
Frise Lettuce.
