Chicken Club Sandwich
Club Sandwich is also well known as the Clubhouse Sandwich. The ingredient is mainly the lettuce, slices of bread, and other sub items such as bacon, chicken, tomato and others. This is one of the healthy option recipes that can be made in a very short period of time. Good for a decent lunch snack.
Ingredient
- 3 slices of multi grain bread- 3 Strips bacon - 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise - 4 lettuce leaves - 1 large slices cooked chicken breast - 1 tomatoes that had been sliced thinly - Salt and pepper for taste
Method
- Cook the bacon under a grill that had been preheated for about 5-7 minutes. - Cook it until the bacon is crispy on both sides. - Toast the bread and after that, spread each side of the bread with mayonnaise - Arrange the two lettuces leaves on each of two slices to toast and sprinkle it with salt and pepper for taste. - Arrange the chicken breast slice on the top of the lettuce, then another slice of toast, with the mayonnaise side up. - Arrange the remaining lettuce on the top and add the tomato slice and bacon. - Cover with the remaining toast with the mayonnaise side down. - Pierce the sandwich with a long toothpick. - Ready to serve.
