Chinese Chicken Noodles
Chinese Chicken Noodles recipe had been sent by Ms Lim Kah Yen from Malaysia. She always makes this dish when she was a student. It is very delicious and easy to make.
According to Ms Lim Kah Yen, this recipe is good to eat as soon as it cooked or you can also re heat it in the microwave oven.
The main ingredient for this recipe is chinese egg noodles and of course chicken. And this recipe is best served with
Keropok.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion
- 100g of chicken breast cut in cubes
-2 Stalk of mushrooms
-2 Cloves if crush garlic
-100g of egg noodles
-1 Tablespoon of grated ginger
-1 Tablespoon of cooking oil
-Some soy sauce
-Some broccoli
-Some
Sugar Snap Peas
-Some black pepper
Method
- Stir fry the onion, broccoli, sugar-snap peas, and mushrooms.
- Add the chicken cubes, crushed garlic, and grated ginger.
- After 5 minutes, add a little water , soy sauce and black
pepper.
- Heat through and put the egg noodle.
- Keep stir fry the noodle for 2 minutes and ready to serve.
