Sticky Barbecue Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings, when cooked in correct way would be an awesome recipes. This is one of my favorite dishes with the mixture of Tabasco and mustard mixture. It is best served with mashed potatoes, mushy peas or french fries. This recipe serves around 6 to 8 people and this recipe is very good to have during summer time. So here is the recipe. This recipes was taken from the Weber Website

Ingredients

-20 or so of wings, with the tips removed

-Olive oil

-1/2 Cup ketchup

-1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar

-2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar

-4 Teaspoons granulated garlic

-4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

-3 Teaspoons Tabasco sauce

-2 Teaspoons mustard

-2 Teaspoons paprika

-2 Teaspoons chili powder

Method

-Set aside the wings and olive oil.

-Then combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.

-Now rinse the wings with cold water, dry them, and place them in a large sealable plastic bag (you may need to use a couple of bags depending on how many wings you are using!).

-Pour the marinade into the bag along with the wings, and, making sure there is no air left in the bag, seal tightly.

-Turn the bag a few times to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed over the chicken, then place in the fridge for around six hours.

-After the allotted time, remove the wings from the fridge and discard the marinade.

-Brush or spray the wings with olive oil and proceed to sear them over a direct, medium heat until well marked (around 4 to 6 minutes, turning once).

-Now grill over indirect medium heat until the meat is cooked through, and no longer pink (another 8 to 10 minutes).
