Chicken Sweetcorn Soup




Chicken Sweetcorn soup is very easy to make. It takes about 30 minutes to cook. This recipe uses the chicken stock, chicken meat and the Sweetcorn kernels. Sweetcorn is good because it have lots of fiber and protein. This recipe is also good to eat during winter, sitting on a couch and dip it with bread. Yummy!!!

Ingredients

- 450ml of chicken stock

- 100g of cooked chicken meat (shredded into small pieces)

- 250g of Sweetcorn kernel

- 1 tablespoon of corn flour

- Some red and greed pepper, diced and strips for garnish

- Salt and pepper for taste




Method

- Put the chicken stock inside the saucepan and let it boiled.

- Put the half of the Sweetcorn and cook it for about 10 minutes.

- When the mixture is well cooked, place the ingredient into the food processor, or blender. Blend it until it is well blended.

- The soup should be thick, so put some corn flour if the soup is not thick enough and keep blending.

- After the ingredient is already cooked, blended and have a good thickness, place the ingredient back into the saucepan.

- Put the rest of the Sweetcorn and the chicken meat.

- Cook it for an extra 5 minutes.

- Now the soup is ready and you can garnish the soup with the green and red pepper.

- Put salt and pepper for taste.




Tips

- You can eat it with bread

- This soup serves for about 2 people.
