Many people love to eat Chicken
pasta.
The combination between pasta and chicken will produce great cuisines. Pasta is originally from Italy but the Italian actually took the method on making pasta from the Chinese. Pasta and Noodle is different but the main ingredient is almost the same.
The main ingredient is mainly flour, eggs and salt. But according to Wikipedia, under Italian law, dry pasta (pasta secca) can only be made from durum wheat or semolina flour. Durum flour has a yellow tinge in color. Italian pasta is traditionally cooked al dente (Italian: "to the tooth", meaning not too soft). Abroad, dry pasta is frequently made from other types of flour (such as farina), but this yields a softer product, which cannot be cooked al dente.
Its comes in many shapes and size and every types of pasta have their own special name. And each pasta is specifically made for certain dishes. For example, Spaghetti usually cooked for Bolognaise.
