Marinated Chicken Kebab

INGREDIENTS
**Main Items**
- 6 Boneless, chicken breast without skin and being cut into large chunks- 1 Numbers of pomegranate
**Marinade**
- Juice from 2 number of limes or lemons - 1 tablespoon of honey - 1 number of green chili and chopped nicely - 2 tablespoons olive oil
**Avocado Sauce**
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil - 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar - 1 number of large mashed avocado without skin - 1 number of large mashed tomato without skin - 2 number of spring onions, chopped - 125ml of soured cream
METHOD **To Make The Marinade And Prepare The Kebab**
- Put aside the pomegranate - Mix the lemon or lime juice with the honey, chopped chili and olive oil into a large bowl. Keep mixing all the ingredients until smooth. - Add the chicken inside the marinade and make sure all the chicken meat are well covered with the marinade. - Cover the bowl and chill the marinated chicken inside the chiller for about 1 hour. - Stick the chicken into a moist wooden skewer. - Place under a preheated hot grill of cook over a barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown. - While grilling or barbecuing the chicken, brush the remaining marinade if necessary.
**To Make The Avocado Sauce**
- Put all the ingredients inside a bowl and keep mixing the ingredients until thick and smooth. And its ready

- Serve the kebabs hot with the avocado sauce and pomegranate seeds
