Parmesan Chicken Drumstick
Parmesan Chicken Drumstick one of my favorite recipes that I had ever tried. The taste of the cheese that had been grilled plus the mixture of the nice breadcrumb can make your cooking session into a new interesting session.
Ingredients
- 8 number of the chicken_drum_stick, without skin
- 50g of fresh white breadcrumbs
- 50g of finely grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 number of eggs
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Method
- Season it with the salt and pepper
- Mix the breadcrumb and cheese into a bowl.
- Season the mixture with some salt and pepper and then sprinkle the mixture on a plate.
- Put the eggs in another bowl and beat the eggs.
- Coat the chicken_drum_sticks with the flour and shake it to remove any extra flour.
- Then, dip it inside the eggs and roll it with the breadcrumb.
- Arrange it all on a plate, cover it and chill for about 20 minutes.
- Cook it under a preheated grill for about 15 – 20 minutes.
- Served hot or cold.
Note
- To check if it is already cooked, pierced the meat with the fork. If the clear water come out from the it, means that the it is cooked.
