Chicken and noodles is a good combination and widely popular in Far East Region. Many types of noodle are available including fresh and dried noodle. The ingredient of noodle varies from rice, wheat, millet and others. When we talk about noodle, we will think about China. Yes, noodle originally from China.

According to Wikipedia, The first written account of noodles is from the East Han Dynasty between AD 25 and 220. In October 2005, the oldest noodles yet discovered were found at the Lajia site (Qijia culture) along the Yellow River in Qinghai, China. The 4,000-year-old noodles appear to have been made from foxtail millet and broomcorn millet.

Noodles can be cooked using many ways. You can boil, you can fry, can be made as soup, or sometimes as dessert.
