Chicken and Avocado salad




Chicken and Avocado Salad has a really good flavor and texture and are perfect for use in a variety of salad and non salad recipes. Avocados are loaded with good nutrients. They're also cholesterol and sodium free. It is another good and healthy option for all of us. These recipes serve for 4 people and it takes about 5 minutes to prepare.

INGREDIENTS



**Salad**

- 250g of boneless skinless cooked chicken (shredded)

- 1 number of small red apple that had been sliced thinly

- 1 number of small red onion that had been sliced thinly

- 35g or roughly chopped walnuts

- 1 tablespoon of sultanas

- 2 number of avocados that had been peeled, stoned and sliced

- 1 bag of mixed salad leaves

- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill



**Dressing**

- 3 tablespoons of olives oil

- 1 tablespoon of French mustard

- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar

- 1 teaspoon of caster sugar

- 1 cloves of crushed garlic

- 1 teaspoon of chopped thymes



METHOD

**Dressing**

- Just mix all the ingredients until finely mixed

**Salad**

- Place the chicken in a mixing bowl with all the ingredients.

- Mix it with the dressing and toss it until it is well mixed.

- Prepare 4 plates for the salad, put the mixed salad on it and sprinkle it with chopped dill.
