Want to know about me? My name is Harris and I am from Malaysia. I've been in school way too long now. At any rate, I'm a hotelier in Leeds and have been in Leeds since 2004

Working here has in no way made me wealthy, but I have become richer through the things that I have learned and the contacts I have made with people in this industry. Plus, it’s where I get most of my sleep in!

About my passion, yes I am totally into Foods, Travel and Drum Corps. I really love to combine all these things together. By joining drum corps tour, I am able to travel, and at the same time, trying the local’s dishes especially any kind of foods that consist of chicken. Oh God yes I love eating chicken and I always very excited to cook all kinds of chicken based recipes.

Foods really makes me happy and as Malaysian, I'm really proud of my food that I think Malaysian foods are the most unique cuisine in the world and I am really excited to share it with you!
