Sake Chicken Wings
Sake Chicken Wings recipes was taken from Mr Colin Clague. He is the head chef of the
Roka Restaurant
in London, UK.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings (as many as you can eat)

Sake
(Japanese Rice Wine)

Mirin
(Japanese Condiment can be easily found in Oriental store)
- Salt
- Limes
Method
- Trim the chicken wings and skewer
- Brush with Sake and grill, turning several times, until the chicken wings is fully cooked by looking at the colour (brown in color). Just before they're ready, brush with Mirin
- This recipes is best served with lime wedge and salt
Tips
If you don't have lime, you can use lemon but in this case, there is no Japanese feeling tho if you know what i mean :-)
